My goal is to show what an Orthodox Christian thinks about things. I think it’s helpful to explore philosophical ideas from an Orthodox standpoint and watch how the Orthodox mind works through issues. Not everyone speaks the language of modernity, so I’m personally interested to see why certain questions are questions, if tension between select ideas is necessary, and how concepts are understood.

I want my writing to be enfranchising. I want the Orthodox ethos to be shown through how questions are tackled, and I want its permeation to be visible in my writing. I want to breakdown complex questions and offer solutions, as well as offer practicable elements one can incorporate into their spiritual life.

I first encountered Christianity through my dad, whose faith deeply shaped my own life. His love for Christ inspired me and eventually led me to the Orthodox Church, where I found the faith that continues to transform me.

Outside of theology and philosophy, I’m fascinated by ancestry, family lineages, and Church history. Being the child of two adopted parents has made questions of heritage especially meaningful to me.

I also enjoy video games, history, and — of course — writing whenever inspiration strikes.

When I’m not reading or writing, you’ll probably find me spending time with my girlfriend, family and friends.
